DBA Fixup

SCENARIO In one afternoon shift DBA received request to shutdown database for OS patching and a junior DBA has shutdown database having grid infrastructure without taking pre-requisite like listener running on database server, list of SID’s running on database server, number of disk group’s present, name and path of disks allocated to respective disk group, etc. Post OS patching while starting database it resulted in ORA-15032, ORA-15040, ORA-15042 error pasted below.

SCENARIO Few weeks back a DBA has created database manually and started it till mount mode. Later on when he tried to open database it resulted in ORA-01092, ORA-00704, ORA-39700 error pasted below.

SCENARIO On fine morning, a client reported unable to connect to "ORXXXG" database. DBA tried to troubleshoot the request and while connecting to database it resulted in ORA-01075 error pasted below.
